- Provide Operation support
- DC Operations & eTRS Operation on 24x7 ( 12hrs shift)
- Perform request fulfilment toregister customer request etc. Ad hoc / Data Recovery SR) @ DC3 & eTRS.
- Perform Weekly/Monthly refresh of the System (IPL)
- Prepare monthly DC Access report (RH / PDC / SDC)
- Execution and monitoring of Prod Batch Jobs / Safe envelopes Management
- Manage equipment movement in the Data Centre.
- Monitor the wellbeing of the Data Centre.
- Perform Incident escalation (Ensure incidents are responded and attended to, else redirect to Ops Mgr. based on criticality, impact, and SLA).
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to fix the technical issues on time to provide timely support to customers. Work with Team Lead/Ops Mgr. if required.
- Supporting on the withdrawal of Account IDs.
- Supporting on the research of Software EOS/EOL.
