Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Engineering industry. They are looking for a HR Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Develop/Execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and regulatory frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices and local employment guidelines
- Lead the formulation/enforcement of HR policies and procedures, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training
- Ensure recruitment practices adhere to the relevant local legislation for equal employment opportunity
- Collaborate with the various department heads to identify and facilitate training initiatives for skill enhancement and workforce development
- Provide HR guidance and support to the various stakeholders in alignment with organizational policies
- Supervise the HR Team to deliver efficient and effective HR services and administrative support
- Mentor the HR team members to promote professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in their roles
- Optimize employee benefits administration through strategic utilization of government subsidies and meeting employee expectations
- Set/Monitor the required security service standards and compliance with established procedures
- Manage security operations and oversee the company’s contracted security services to uphold quality standards and regulatory compliance
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in any relevant field of studies
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR working experience
- Possesses strong leadership experience and communication skills
