ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing exceptional customer service on our coffee, tea and food experience.
- Create meaningful moments - Share your knowledge, our story, and our sustainability practices with customers.
- Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing menu recommendations in a friendly & efficient manner.
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a clean and organised showcase display to appeal to customers
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handling and process payment transactions accurately.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to start work immediately.
- Have a valid Food Safety Level 1 Cert.
- Able to commit at least 15 hours per week, or 60 hours per month (For Part Time)
- Some F&B experience is required.
- Candidates with Food Hygiene Certification will be an added advantage.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Good team player and self-motivated.
- Open only to Singaporean/PR or TLVP holder.
