- Client Interaction: Regularly review and respond to clients' staffing requests. Maintain positive, ongoing relationships with clients and address their needs promptly.
- Staff Management: Input and verify staff requisitions, schedule staff, and ensure fulfillment of orders. Prioritize staffing by managing new and regular staff bookings. Communicate effectively with staff one-on-one for bookings and updates.
- Operational Management: Utilize the Management System for adding orders, exporting staff data, and updating staff attendance. Ensure accurate and timely updates are communicated to clients concerning staffing statuses.
- Site Support: Provide on-site support including grooming checks and logistics management. Regular site visits are required to ensure smooth operation and to strengthen client relationships.
- Reporting and Documentation: Collect and process client timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. Generate and submit detailed reports on account status, industry insights, and staffing efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Handle emergencies and client issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve conflicts and manage client expectations effectively.
- Compliance and Conduct: Adhere to company policies and standards, ensuring professional conduct and high service levels are maintained.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: NITEC. Related working experience will be a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in MS Office and job management software.
