Job Description of Customer Service Executive:
- Manage inbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.
- Process customer orders, handle inquiries, and provide updates on order status.
- Facilitate returns and ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Escalate concerns promptly and communicate effectively internally and externally.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to address customer issues.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in relevant field
- At least 5 years of order processing experience in manufacturing industry
