Location: Geylang Bahru
Schedule: Follow a 5-6-5-6 pattern for working weeks (as per roster).
Time: 8AM - 5PM

Responsibilities:
- Manages phone calls
- Performs data entry and maintains records
- Offers optimal solutions or alternatives for complaints
- Collaborates closely with the operations department
- Undertakes any other assigned ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' customer service experience with a Diploma qualification
- Capable of working shifts, including Public Holidays and overtime hours
- Has proficiency in IT skills
