Education Sales Consultant

As an Education Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to interact with individuals from various backgrounds and guide them on their personal and professional growth journeys. You will be a key representative of our school, showcasing our educational programmes and helping potential students make informed decisions.


Responsibilities:

  • Become proficient in our educational programme offerings and serve as the face of the school to potential students.

  • Create and deliver compelling presentations on our educational programnes, highlighting their benefits and value.

  • Build strong rapport and regularly engage with both current and prospective students, providing exceptional customer service.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

  • Stay up to date with market and industry trends, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance our offerings.

  • Address student inquiries through various channels, including walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media leads.


Requirements:

  • A degree holder or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience (Remuneration will be based on experience).

  • Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in engaging with new people on a daily basis.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver impactful presentations.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with exceptional time management and prioritization abilities to meet deadlines.

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.

  • Embody the values of the company, including a commitment to personal growth and wellbeing.

  • Experience in B2C sales and proficiency in cold calling/customer relationship skills will be considered a bonus.

  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends when there are ongoing classes.
