- Liasing with our external network team
- Monitoring network performance and addressing issues in a timely manner.
- Maintaining server hardware and software
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups, updates, and patches.
- Providing end-user support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, including hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors on complex technical issues
- Implement infrastructure improvements.
- Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conducting regular security audits and implementing measures to protect network and data from cyber threats.
- Actively participate in IT projects, such as system migrations, upgrades, and implementations.

AM shift - 9:00am to 6:00pm
PM shift - 3:00pm to 12:00am
