Responsibilities
Planning and allocating routes to drivers
Monitoring delivery fleet performance of internal staff drivers and external contractor partners
Assisting drivers in failed deliveries and delivery disputes
Update delivery status of drivers with delivery completion issues
Train new drivers with expected service level
Maintaining discipline and attendance of drivers
Overlook the delivery team's target and accuracy of delivery slots assigned
Ensure drivers maintain cleanliness and orderliness of their vehicles
Assisting in team's deliveries for urgent requests
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
0 - 2 years of frontline operations experience in supply chain/logistics industry preferable
Open to coming in early and weekends if needed
Diploma or equivalent in any field
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good team player with ability to interact with all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office
