Job Descriptions:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist to manage outlet operations
- Interact with customers and ensure quality services provided
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the outlet
- Apply sales and service techniques to promote products and improve sales
- Ensure products and displays are consistently well presented
- Manage outlet documentation
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in retail industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing to work retail hours; 6 days work week
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
- Progressive training programme will be provided
