Job Description:
Accounts
- Full set of Accounts (eg: GL, AP, AR, Bank reconciliation, forecast, perform month end financial closing and etc)
- Monthly CPF submission
- Quarterly GST Submission
- Monitor and analyses accounting data
- Regularly produce financial reports and statement
- Tax Computation
- Assist in Government matters - IRAS, IR8A, etc
- Main point of contact with Bosses and managing their expectation
HR
- Generate HR documents: Employment Contract, Confirmation Letter, etc.
- Maintain and upkeep of HR database accurately, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence.
- Work Pass administrations and other HR duties as assigned.
- Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.
- Oversee recruitment process including job advertisement posting, resume screening and arranging of interviews, working with external agencies.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years relevant working experience in commercial vehicle workshop and vehicle accident claim would be an advantage
- Knowledge in Xero would be an advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
