Durapower is 14 years in operations and is company identified by Enterprise Singapore to scale up for growth as well. We have projects in Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand and Southeast Asia regions, production is in China as a manufacturing plant. There is no manufacturing here, but we have R&D team here liaising with China as well to execute trade of cells, battery modular systems packs enabling Green industry applications. Our expansion is also enhanced by the stakes and investment in us through Banpu Next (Banpu Group) which is listed on the Thailand Stock Exchange.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Utilize market research and competitive analysis to drive sales strategies in segments such as Commercial Electric Vehicles (CEV), Heavy Duty Applications, Marine, Harbour Operations, Energy Infrastructure, Microgrids, and more.
- Stay ahead of emerging segments, international regulations, and industry trends, particularly in the Asia Pacific region.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with international partners.
- Contribute to product strategies aligned with market demands and trends.
- Work closely with System Engineers & Project Management efforts for strategic initiatives.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Marketing functions to drive growth.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Commercial Sales Acumen.
- 5-15 years of experience in strategy, technical sales, or consulting.
- Sales-Driven & Rewards Driven
- Preference for candidates with project sales pursuit capabilities and segment-specific experience in Commercial Electric Vehicles, Energy Storage Systems/Stationary projects, power conversion, or battery/energy management systems.
- Experience working collaboratively with diverse cultures.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Commercial-Techno Expertise:
- Some knowledge of electric/electronics products but the best fit would be batteries electrochemistry and battery cell and modular packs system integration know-how.
- Mainly Commercial Electric Vehicle (CEV) in APAC Sales fundamentals and project pursuits.
- Sales development for Energy Storage Systems (ESS) with lithium-ion batteries.
- Proposal process know-how and integration of battery cells, modular systems, packs, and monitoring systems.
- Understanding of contractual obligations in commissioning and maintenance support of battery storage in project applications.
