As a member of the Global Compensation & Benefits COE, the successful incumbent will play a key role in the design, execution, and management of region and/or country compensation & benefits programs. You will collaborate with external partners, local and region HR partners and other key stakeholders to ensure that KLA’s C&B strategies align with business and talent management objectives.
To be successful, the candidate needs to be a seasoned primary advisor, technical expert, and strategic business partner, with demonstrable experience uncovering business needs, making recommendations, and developing solutions for responsible countries or region. They’ll know what the business needs, provide diagnostics, briefs, root cause analyses, etc. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic! Critical skills for this role are adaptive communication, organization, problem-solving, and ability to influence.

Position Overview:
- Know, understand, incorporate, and demonstrate KLA’s Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions
- Build strong alliances with the Senior region and country HR teams to achieve C&B program goals and process improvements.
- Provide consultative analytical support to country or region HR business partners, business leadership and HR Center of Excellence (COE) in the design and delivery of KLA’s compensation & benefits programs, policies, and procedures from a Total Rewards perspective.
- Partner with region HR leadership and business groups to understand C&B needs and develop effective solutions
- Conduct market research and analyze data to develop compensation guidelines for job positions and career levels ensuring a competitive market position with consideration of the organization’s financial capability.
- Review and analyze benefit plan design and renewals in alignment with KLA’s global benefits strategy and guiding principles.
- Evaluates programs and information on legislation, trends, advances and/or new technologies through research and detailed analyses; makes recommendations for changes and improvements as necessary
- Review and update policies and practices to ensure alignment with internal controls and external compliance with government regulations.
- Manage escalated inquiries concerning Total Rewards programs and educate employees, business management, and leaders and employees on rewards programs and practices
- Participate in country C&B surveys to gather market insights for development of competitive C&B programs.
- Support the due diligence process of acquisitions and assist in management of post-acquisition integration and harmonization plans.
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned by Manager.
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 5 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 12 years
- Prior working experience in a multinational organization with regional C&B exposure preferred
