Operation Support Officer

We are looking for an Operation Support Officer to provide administrative assistance to the ops department of a government school.


Location: Tampines


Job Description

  • Printing worksheets and examination papers
  • Ensuring equipment and workplace cleanliness
  • Assisting with logistics for school events and activities
  • Performing basic administrative and office tasks such as answering phone calls, organizing data, conducting simple data entry, distributing materials, and attending to students and stakeholders
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned


Requirements

  • Diploma holder and above
  • Experience preferred, but none welcomed to apply
  • Ability to communicate and work in teams
  • Able to perform good customer service
  • Prior experience in providing similar services would be an advantage.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Know how to operate an office printing machine/copier


Working Hours

Mon - Thu: 7:00AM to 4:30PM

Fri: 7:00AM to 4:00PM
