- Plan and execute E-commerce marketing strategies, campaigns, promotional programs and digital marketing
- Conduct research and analyse the marketing data / information and monitor competitor’s activities
- Manage and update the Company’s websites, social media i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube etc.
- Assist in implements, standardizes and executes creative store displays for campaigns, product launches and promotions
- Assist in public relations, social media related projects, campaigns and sponsorship
- Generate graphic and execute marketing duties - create banners, posters, flyer, voucher, signboard, logo etc.
- Manage, upload of products information and update of E-Commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10 etc.)
- Daily execution of E-Commerce includes shipment preparation, quantity and variation checking, arrange stock transfer from store, arrange delivery for online store and attend to customers’ queries etc.
- Align and filter the E-store’s stock with warehouse’s stock to avoid shipment delay. De-list product unavailable / out-of-stock and listing up available product etc.
- Execute promotional programs or event that support the retail stores and studio (seasonal sales / promotion to keep revamp signboard, store label etc.)
- Support in event / campaign related inquiries: fees payment, preparation, registration, participant inquiries etc.
- Drive sales acquisition and identify new prospects
- Handle clients / customers’ feedback, complaints and queries
- Any other duties / projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Min 3 years relevant marketing experience
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, Al Photo Editor) preferred
- Knowledge of various local & international e-commerce platforms / systems
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Possess strong initiative, self driven, positive with can-do attitude
- Fast learner, ability to work independently and as a team player
- Must be able to work night shift or split shift
- Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
