BRIEF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist the Employer, Senior Resident Architect (SRA) and Consultants Team to carry out supervision of architectural and related works;
- To assist Employer, SRA and Consultants Team to manage the Project, including progress control, quality control, variation/cost control, environment, health and safety control, etc;
- To assist Employer, SRA and Consultants Team to monitor and coordinate architectural works by Contractors to facilitate TOP, project completion, handover and CSC inspections;
- To report any critical and/or major issues and propose possible solutions to Employer, SRA and Consultants Team;
- To liaise and coordinate with Employer, SRA and Consultants Team to resolve technical and/or interfacing issues with Stakeholders, Consultants Team, Contractors and Direct Contract Vendors;
- To lead the Resident Technical Officers to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by the Senior Resident Architect, Employer and/or Consultants Team;
- To report directly to the SRA and to cover the duties and responsibilities in his absence.
REQUIREMENTS
- The Resident Architect (RA) shall possess an Architectural Degree recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore.
- He shall have at least five (5) years of construction supervision experience of local healthcare, institutional projects and/or projects of similar complexity of minimum S$400m.
