Job Description
Objectives:
The Sales Coordinator will be part of a business that is a market leader in the bearings industry. Reporting to the International Sales Department, you will be responsible for e-invoicing and all other activities to support sales generation within the respective Sales Business Unit.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the sales function by managing a portfolio of existing and potential customers, processing and completing orders and delivery arrangements; and/or service recovery matters when necessary.
- Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
- Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
- Monitor, and upload tax invoices/credit/delivery notes and track the completeness of the tax invoices via the ERP system to the respective customers’ e-invoicing portals.
- Perform customer verification and set up new accounts.
- Administrative tasks on an ad hoc basis.
The Successful Applicant:
- Diploma in Business or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 year’s work experience
- Able to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Has initiative and a positive learning attitude
- Customer-oriented and able to multi-task
- A team player who's able to work independently and with minimum supervision
