- Conduct cycle count by comparing physical stock take to the system and highlight and address abnormality.
- Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure they can be reconciled.
- Determine and make provision for slow moving & obsolete stocks in store.
- Tracking of near expiry stocks and highlight to MD .
- Manage reconciliation of damage stocks and aging stocks.
- Manage store transfer and stock adjustment effectively.
- Review the workflow and liaise with the respective department to in place preventive measures to reduce stock loss.
- Resolve any inventory issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare & Submit Weekly Inventory Report to MD
- Assist on internal and external annual audit stock take
- Other Ad Hoc projects or responsibilities as required.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Must be able to work night shift or split shift
- Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
