Responsibilities
- Record new customer account information and maintain customer accounts
- Collect and analyse customer information to prepare product or service reports
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Resolve customer complaints via telephone, email, mail or social media
- Assist in placing orders, refunds or exchanges
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (5 days)
Weekend work, off on weekdays Monday to Friday
