Accounts and Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full set of accounts inclusive salary and CPF submission for a few subsidiaries of the Group
  • Handle intercompany billings (Singapore, China and Malaysia) & intercompany reconciliation.
  • Update subsidiaries project file and ensure all the contract, billing and expenses are in order.
  • Handle HQ office account payable and payment via internet banking.
  • Prepare accounting schedules for audit purposes.
  • Prepare and submission of GST returns for subsidiaries.
  • In charge of company insurance renewal, some of company event, recruitment
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate manager

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or its relevant field
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Able to multi-task, proactive and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks
