The Opportunity:

Duties:
- Data entry, Filing, Sorting, and scanning of documents
- Packing / Unpacking of meeting stationeries
- Attending to phone calls and emails
- Coordination of scheduling for Ad-hoc temp staff, marking of attendance (when required)
- Any other Adhoc Admin duties/support as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills such as MS Office
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
