Admin Assistant (Up to $2.2k / No Exp Ok!)

The Opportunity:

  • Opportunity to learn and gain experience in a reputable organisation!
  • Salary: Up to $2,200 (depending on experience)
  • Location: one-north / Central
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours.
  • No Experience is ok! – Training provided

Duties:

  • Data entry, Filing, Sorting, and scanning of documents
  • Packing / Unpacking of meeting stationeries
  • Attending to phone calls and emails
  • Coordination of scheduling for Ad-hoc temp staff, marking of attendance (when required)
  • Any other Adhoc Admin duties/support as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills such as MS Office
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
