Responsibilities
- Strategically develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs to effectively propose solutions.
- Lead and mentor the sales team toward achieving business goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and forecasting.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met with appropriate products and services.
- Manage sales team performance, setting objectives and providing feedback.
- Participate in industry or promotional events to cultivate customer relationships.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a sales management role, preferably in the industrial or environmental services sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and sales software programs.
Working Hour: 8am-530pm or 830am-6pm(Mon - Fri)
