Senior Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

  • Strategically develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs to effectively propose solutions.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team toward achieving business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance and forecasting.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met with appropriate products and services.
  • Manage sales team performance, setting objectives and providing feedback.
  • Participate in industry or promotional events to cultivate customer relationships.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years in a sales management role, preferably in the industrial or environmental services sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and sales software programs.

Working Hour: 8am-530pm or 830am-6pm(Mon - Fri)
