Job Scope:
- Assist in procuring and distributing uniforms, safety shoes, and personal protective equipment (PPE) for new employees during onboarding.
- Process e-invoices online and issue purchase orders efficiently.
- Update personnel files (P-Files) and maintain records of new hires and resignations.
- Support in compiling employment documentation, including contracts, appraisals, and letters.
- Offer guidance to staff regarding HR systems and processes.
- Handle work pass matters, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document organization tasks accurately.
- Coordinate various company activities such as team-building events and employee care initiatives.
- Process payroll and submit necessary documents to IRAS, including IR8A and CPF computations.
- Manage recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, liaising with recruiters, and arranging interviews with hiring managers. Additionally, oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, learning and development initiatives, staff benefits administration, grievance resolution, P-File management, Government Paid Leave, HR administrative records, and regulatory compliance. Attend to any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director and section heads.
Requirement
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
