What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Client Development Manager, you will support Van Cleef & Arpels South East Asia market (which includes Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam) to ensure that the highest level of client experience is delivered in the market, through the implementation of Maison client-related programs / guidelines / tools.
Your main missions will be to:
- Support the definition and implementation of Client Experience Strategy in South East Asia.
- Focus on animation of boutique to drive Local Client Recruitment and Retention.
- Support the Boutique team to monitor the Client Satisfaction results.
- Support all events related to High Jewelry (local, regional and international).
- Support the implementation of digital projects related to High End Client Experience.
