Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design innovative and effective ServiceNow solutions that address business challenges and drive value.
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet quality standards, adhere to best practices, and align with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to prevent delays or escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and delivery.
