We are on the lookout for an Executive, HR Associate to join us. This is a front-line position and will be part of the associate HR support team that acts as the first point of support for agents' HR matters.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt frontline services and perform admin tasks.
- Assist in real estate salespersons licencing matters such as registration and resignations and recruitment.
- Attending to walk-in, phone and email enquiries
- Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents
- Identify and assess our salespersons' need to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with our salespersons through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Take the extra mile to engage our salespersons
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in customer front desk fronting
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player who fosters a cooperative work environment
