Responsibilities:
1. Apply understanding of how children (birth to age 3) learn and develop..
2. Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate teaching, learning and caregiving approaches aligned to curriculum frameworks
3. Assist in observation and documentation of children's learning
4. Support children's development of secure attachments through warm, consistent, and nurturing caregiving
5. Commit to upholding the professionalism of the ECCE sector
Requirements:
1. Candidates with ECDA Certification preferred OR
2. Candidates with some experience in EC setting
3. Patient and has passion to work with children
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
5. Work locations: HOUGANG or JURONG EAST
6. Able to start immediately or within short notice.
7. Shortlisted candidates may require to undergo a 2-week trial attachment.
