Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the data management, HR payment(non-payroll) and claims administration functions in HR Shared Services.
- Serve as the Data Steward for HR system (Employee Central, Onboarding & Claims) in ensuring data accuracy & integrity.
- Serve as the Product Owner for Pfile Digitalization and oversee vendors, payment and Pfile server related matters.
- Accountable for SLA deliverables and achievement of division workplan.
- Lead projects, streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively engage stakeholders on service-related matters.
- Promote the HR Shared Services values in Quality, Efficiency, and Service.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of relevant HR experience
- 5 years or more leadership experience.
