Overview of Role:
To promote the BMS & Card Access products, Extra Low Voltage System (ELV) and company’s range of high technology products to new or existing customers in construction industry and local market. Build more partners who can do system integration works in oversea projects.

Job Description:
- Strong marketing & presentation preparations skillsets.
- Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers for Security and ELV Systems in local market.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
- Collaborate with various internal departments and consultants to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests and focus on improving the customers’ experience.
- Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
- Build and strengthen the relationship with M&E consultants, contractors and developers.
- Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs to ensure the KPIs are met.
- Prepare quotations, tender compliances and marketing proposals.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years working experience in related industry.
- Good technical knowledge of Security, Systems & BMS.
- Able to build and maintain good rapport with all internal and external stake holders including clients, M&E consultants, contractors, developers and team members.
- Experience and equipped with strong international contact bases e.g.Developers, Consultants, Contractors and System Integrators.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Professional experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
