HR Assistant
HR/Admin Assistant
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
- Assist senior HR officer in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
- Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Job Requirements:
- Minimum O level/ HR with at least 2 years of HR Generalist experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff
- Proactive, independent and a team player
- Driven and possess positive attitude
- Familiar with infotech HR systems will be added advantage
- familiar with Employment Act
- Familiar with Work permit application.
- Fluent in Chinese
