Warehouse Packer
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Packer. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate and timely packing of pharmaceutical products and medical devices for distribution to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Pack pharmaceutical products and medical devices according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of all items, including verifying batch numbers and expiry dates.
- Assist in the receipt and sorting of incoming stock, ensuring proper storage and handling of inventory.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and warehouse supervisors to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Adhere to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Distribution Practice Medical Device Singapore (GDPMDS) standards at all times.
- Assist in the implementation of quality assurance activities, including product recalls and internal audits.
- Highlight equipment failures and unusual activities to supervisors for prompt resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine cleaning and sanitization of packing equipment.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by warehouse management to support operational needs.
**Job Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or packing role preferred, especially in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Distribution Practice Medical Device Singapore (GDPMDS) standards is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing and labeling pharmaceutical products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy boxes or packages as needed.
