Key Responsibilities
- To be involve in full spectrum of employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, staff wellness, etc
- Responsible for manpower billing and verification, including raising e forms in myHR for routing approvals
- Budget planning and tracking
- Prepares weekly/monthly HR related reports for management and reporting
- Help oversee department activities and act as a second line support to the HOD
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned by the team
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource or Finance and Business related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Able to manage high volume activities and handle data confidentiality
- Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Organised, meticulous and proactive
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
