You will be responsible for the design and development of digital circuit using BiCDMOS process for chip used in automotive, Industrial Battery management system.
You will work within a group of design experts interfacing with layout, overseas design teams to create detailed specifications, innovative designs to meet the technological requirements, achieving sales and ultimately doing our part for empowering electrification of vehicles and enabling Metaverse; contributing to achieve carbon neutrality for our future generations.
Key responsiblities:
- Planning and designing IC block or system architecture based on design requirements
- RTL code level development and simulation verification
- Prepare and discuss circuit, results of design in design reviews
- Support Synthesis, place & route and timing closure of digital circuits
- Design For Testability (DFT); test-modes design
- Check post layout verifications (timing, functional, power consumption)
- Support to one chip designers to integrate total analog and digital one chip design
- Mixed signal simulations and high-level system modeling of analog blocks for one chip verification simulations
- Conduct IC verification on bench to check IC performance with respect to design
- Work with application engineers to support customer application issues
Requirements:
- Good PhD/Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering equivalent.
- Experience in developing digital circuit proficient in digital design tools usage (Cadence/Synopsys)
- Competent in digital design flow (RTL coding & Simulation, Synthesis, Timing Analysis and Clock Tree Generation, DFT, Place and Route and etc)
- Competent in different digital design tools and languages (VHDL and/or Verilog and etc)
- Knowledgeable in Behavioral Modelling in VHDL/Verilog_AMS will be an added advantage
- Knowledgeable in Mixed-Signal Design and Simulation will be an added advantage
- Silicon debugging skill to solve design issues
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Preferred 3-5 years of digital IC design experience. Candidate with relevant design experiences will be considered.
