Job Description
We expect IT Support member to have -
- Windows Server experience (not just user but build/admin)
- VM Ware experience
- AWS experience (optional)
- Network admin experience (FW, Wan, Lan, Wifi)
- We need someone strong in Windows Server and VMWare (server administrator).
Responsibilities
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking, provide incident management for all in scope assets.
- Configure and troubleshoot issues related to windows desktop,notebooks, printers,scanners, applications and PC peripherals
- Good knowledge on the desktop support for both hardware and software
- Maintain network servers and associated hardware, software, services, and settings
- Maintain stable and consistent connectivity across all network computers
- Prepare, implement, and monitor disaster procedures and recovery
- Recommend, test, and implement system and security upgrades
- Knowledge Base preparation
- Co-ordinate with different support team to ensure issue resolved with proper resolution recorded.
Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field
- Experience with end user computing, O365 and exchange administration, network support
- Four or more years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of networking concepts and computing infrastructures
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
- Ability to perform troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented attitude.
