Responsibility
The job scope entails handling the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, managing listed compliance works such as drafting, preparing and issuing of SGX announcements, ensuring all aspects of listing rules are compiled with the support of the manager and the company secretary. Arranging and attending of board/committee meetings, recording of minutes of meetings, reviewing of shareholder’s resolutions as well as ensuring compliance with the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. Requirements
You are ideally someone who have a strong background in corporate governance and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a relatively business facing role due to attendance at board meetings hence someone who is comfortable with that aspect is important. ICSA Qualification is ideal. You can come from either a service provider/in-house organization with at least 8 years relevant corp sec experience.
