Kerry Consulting is working with a renowned player in the digital banking sector, and they are currently seeking for a highly skilled regulatory compliance professional to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will serve as a crucial advisor to various business units within the company, providing regulatory compliance advisory in relation to Banking Act. Duties include managing compliance risks, highlighting new regulations and regulatory expectations to various corporate functions. You will also conduct assessments on regulatory escalations, identify compliance gaps in workflow and recommendations for remediation measures.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should come with a Bachelor’s Degree and prior 8 years working experience in regulatory or compliance roles in financial institutions. In dept knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks such as Banking Act and Payment Services Act, and industry best practices would be ideal. Someone who is organised, efficient and have high attention to detail and accuracy is preferred as well.
