Job Summary:
The Marketing and Sales Representative for our food and beverage services department plays a crucial role in promoting our products, generating sales leads, and maximizing revenue opportunities. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Activities:
· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our food and beverage offerings.
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach to potential clients, including restaurants, hotels, cafes, catering companies, and event planners.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, and use this information to inform sales and marketing efforts.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Sales Generation and Lead Management:
· Generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
· Follow up on leads in a timely manner, provide product information, and negotiate pricing and terms to close sales.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics using CRM software.
Customer Service and Relationship Management:
· Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Act as a brand ambassador by representing our company professionally and building positive relationships with clients and partners.
· Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of our products and services.
Work Schedule:
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as needed to accommodate customer needs and business demands.
· Ability to work night shifts as required to support events, promotions, or special projects.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
· Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
· Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
