We seek a professional individual to provide administrative support for various projects handled by the company.

Job Scope:

  • Assist with day-to-day project processing matters.
  • Create estimated case timeline and customise documents checklist, closely monitor application progress.
  • Provide personalised advice and submit relevant applications for clients’ cases.
  • Guide clients in document preparation and provide periodic updates.
  • Check the accuracy of documents for submission and engagement invoices.
  • Respond to clients' queries regarding the applications timely.
  • Attend to queries raised by authorities, and draft proposed responses on behalf of clients.
  • Ensure follow-up on receivables and monitor timelines.
  • Able to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and business associates.
  • Provide weekly updates to the director.
  • Research the latest migration policies from various authorities and provide up-to-date information to internal staff and business partners.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills (listening, verbal, and written).

  • Able to work both independently and in collaboration with multiple teams.
  • Able to schedule, update, and complete tasks on time.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment (as you will manage multiple cases simultaneously).
  • Positive work attitude, team player with strong interpersonal skills and an inclusive mindset.
  • Customer and result-oriented mindset.
