We seek a professional individual to provide administrative support for various projects handled by the company.
Job Scope:
- Assist with day-to-day project processing matters.
- Create estimated case timeline and customise documents checklist, closely monitor application progress.
- Provide personalised advice and submit relevant applications for clients’ cases.
- Guide clients in document preparation and provide periodic updates.
- Check the accuracy of documents for submission and engagement invoices.
- Respond to clients' queries regarding the applications timely.
- Attend to queries raised by authorities, and draft proposed responses on behalf of clients.
- Ensure follow-up on receivables and monitor timelines.
- Able to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and business associates.
- Provide weekly updates to the director.
- Research the latest migration policies from various authorities and provide up-to-date information to internal staff and business partners.
