About the Role:
You will be a key player in our renowned M&A practice, advising on a wide range of:
- M&A transactions: Mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings
- Joint ventures and strategic alliances
- Private equity deals: Investments, exits, and portfolio management
- Complex multi-jurisdictional and cross-border transactions
You will:
- Lead deals: Work closely with partners and counsel, taking ownership of transactions from start to finish.
- Engage with clients: Build strong relationships with clients, demonstrating your commercial acumen and understanding of their business needs.
- Collaborate: Thrive in a team-oriented environment, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
- Mentor: (For senior associates) Supervise and guide junior colleagues, contributing to their professional development.

- Qualified: You are a qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
- Experienced: You have a proven track record in M&A within a top-tier international law firm.
- Independent and collaborative: You can work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Client-focused: You are commercially minded and build rapport easily with clients.
- Complex deal experience: You have successfully handled complex transactions, demonstrating your legal expertise and problem-solving skills.
