· Perform and fulfill all duties as assigned by the Director.
· Supervise and coordinate the daily functions of the service team.
· Be proficient in utilizing various sales (POS) and inventory systems.
· Be knowledgeable and conversant in all menu items.
· Independently and actively promote and raise sales.
· Ensure efficiency and promptness for all food/ beverage orders and delivery.
· Always be courteous, considerate and attentive to guests' orders or requests.
· Be responsible for the cleanliness as well as the maintenance of the whole premise, including the dining and service areas.
· Conduct yourself as a disciplined and honest employee and to perform and complete your tasks responsibly and to your best efforts and ability.
· At all times be properly attired in issued uniform (or any forms of themed, seasonal, promotional, event outfits etc) in the manner that the Company directs
· Always demonstrate and maintain good individual etiquette and bearing.
· Cooperate and coordinate with the workforce of the Company and to maintain a healthy and productive working relationship.
. Bar operations knowledge and minimum of 3 years experience is a pre requisite.
. Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktails is a pre requisite.
. Any other tasks as may be reasonably requested by the Company.
. Working hours Sun to Wed 3.30pm to 12.30pm, Thurs to Sat 3.30pm to 1.30am.
. 1 Rest Day per week between Sun to Wed.
. 6 days work week.
. Meal and uniform provided.
. Required to work during weekends and public holidays.
