We're seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Regional Sales Manager for the APAC region at a leading construction chemical company based in Singapore. Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities while enhancing sales to current ones in APAC region
- Foster and manage relationships with key clients
- Guide and supervise regional sales teams to meet targets and encourage top performance in line with KPIs and yearly goals
- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives
- Manage end-to-end sales process
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline for steady revenue generation
- Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and project tracking
- Compile regular reports and conduct monthly sales performance evaluations
- Manage regional sales budgets strategically for cost efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing to utilize various sales channels and tools for optimal results
Preferred requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Management or related field
- 5 years of experience in flooring, chemical construction related industry
- Able to travel monthly
