Overview


Tsao Foundation is seeking a dynamic, driven Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead and drive the organisation through the end-to-end project life cycle of an integrated electronic and health management system and other related projects.


The ideal candidate is an experienced project management professional with a solid understanding of solutions in the healthcare sector and is responsible for the coordination, execution, control, and completion of these projects. He/She will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of new technologies, solutions within Tsao Foundation in line with company’s objectives and strategies.


Responsibilities


Project Manager will be assigned existing and ongoing improvement projects to start.


  • Project accountability and execution: Develop project plans, outlining timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Lead the project execution, ensuring overall success from start to finish, including end-users training and utilization of solutions.
  • Communication and collaboration: Confidently communicate between IT, healthcare and program teams, as well as with other internal & external stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with focus on projects’ success and end user satisfaction throughout the implementation. Recalibrate appropriately, timely reporting and manage expectations with stakeholders in accordance to plan.
  • Team management: Oversee the work of technical team, solutions vendors and other professionals involved in the project. This includes delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance.
  • Audit and regulatory compliance: Ensures the project adheres to healthcare audit and related data privacy & cybertrust mark regulations.
  • Resolutions management: Proactively manage risks and issues, lead execution of mitigation and resolution strategies, including escalations.
  • Technical understanding: Have a solid understanding of healthcare IT systems and how they integrate with existing infrastructure, in order to right-size the solutions to our organisation’s needs.
  • Effectively manage the resource and capacity planning including budgets, equipment, and timelines.
  • Lead and manage process improvement & tech-enabled initiatives.


Educational Qualifications


  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in technical role and project management.
  • Certification: Certification or training in infrastructure management, such as ITIL, PMP, PMI, or CMMI preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex IT projects, from planning to execution.
  • Good grasp of modern IT technologies, methodologies, architectures, and best practices.
  • Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely. The ability to understand the business questions that users are trying to answer is essential.
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, users and vendors.
  • Self-starter, good team player and keen eye for detail, quality and accuracy


Salary range is indicative and will commensurate with qualification and experience.
