Client is hiring for strong Technical WorkDay Consultant, and you will be based in Singapore.
Job Description
- Independently configure Workday system; Acting as overall lead for system administrator, collaborate with HRIS team members globally for project support and operations.
- Design and implement customized business processes, notifications, user security, reports, and integrations within the Workday system, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Enhance internal customer experience through improved HRIS communications, training, and support initiatives.
- Address queries promptly, ensuring data accuracy, and provide necessary upgrades. Maintain data integrity in HRIS systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions with HRIS colleagues, customers, partners, and HR service center team members.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate would be someone who understands both HR and Technical acumen, specifically on WorkDay systems. You will harness good communication skills, be a good team player to develop good working relationships with cross-functional and global teams.
