We are a leading distribution Company within the Aesthetic and Medical industry. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven individuals who are passionate in customer service and accelerate in selling & product presentation/demonstration to join us.
Your primary role will be demonstrating and sells Aesthetic Science and Technology line of instruments and consumables directly to healthcare professionals such as Nurses, Clinic Manager, Doctors. This job is best suited for people who thrive in fast-paced environments, and who are good in communication, understand medical related terminology, sales & results driven, independent and positive attitude.
Job descriptions
- Identifying new sales leads for aesthetic /medical equipment, and skincare products.
- Analysing competitor products and highlighting the company's unique product features in sales pitches.
- Promote the brands’ added value by emphasizing the technical and scientific characteristics of the products and services.
- Travel to clinic to conduct product demonstration to target audience: Dermatologists/Aestheticians/Plastic Surgeons and provide product expertise & training on site and virtually.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team on product demo cases and informative training.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in Aesthetic Science & Technology and treatment modalities.
- Manage a sales funnel; grow the funnel through customer interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide competitor information and market intelligence and assist the Sales Manager in the development of relevant sales and marketing strategies.
- Liaise with marketing team to maximize visibility at conferences, including compiling a list of products and literature to display and demo, increase delegate inserts, etc.
- Participant in events, exhibitions, trade-shows and webinar.
- Co-work with other departments to manage customer satisfaction.
Educations and Skill requirements:
- Must have a Degree/Diploma in related field (Medical/ Science/ Pharma/ Nursing)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare/Aesthetic industry, with a strong clinical background.
- Business Development Skills: The ideal candidate should be capable of conquering new clinics & develop business plans with rising key accounts.
- Scientific Knowledge: Candidates should possess a strong foundation in scientific knowledge, including understanding skin physio-pathologies, Aesthetic procedures, and the broader medical environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience delivering Clinical presentations and demonstrations.
- Exceptional sales skills and the ability to demonstrate product features using related medical terminology.
- Demonstrable ability to work in fast-paced environment independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
