E-Commerce Executive
Job description:
-Fulfill orders and exceed customer expectations.
-Strategize and execute online campaigns across multiple e-commerce platforms to boost sales.
-Maintain and optimize online portals, including campaign execution.
-Ability to design basic platform layouts; experience in basic design is a plus. Enhance website usability and design.
-Monitor e-platform functionality and conduct regular website checks.
-Analyze e-commerce KPIs and past performance to enhance marketing effectiveness.
-Evaluate partnership opportunities with all platforms and maintain good communication with platform account managers.
-Drive e-commerce sales growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
-Generate new ideas for online platform campaigns, such as TikTok livestreams with dynamic activities, and assess competitor activities.
-Coordinate with Finance and Sales teams for reconciliation and alignment of sales targets.
Job requirements:
- Diploma/Degree or relevant sales experience required, with proficiency in Excel for calculations, data linking, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Must have 1-2 years of experience with e-commerce platforms such as Tik Tok, RedMart, Shopify, Shopee and etc., and be fluent in English and Mandarin for customer support.
- Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and self-discipline are essential, along with experience in web merchandising, retailing, market analysis, and website management.
- Should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.
