Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager [Brand & Business Communications] to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand and business communications strategies that enhance our reputation, drive business growth, and foster strong relationships with our stakeholders.


As a Marketing Manager [Brand & Business Communications], you will be responsible for crafting and conveying a consistent, impactful brand message across all company communication channels. You will play a crucial role in training staff, strategising brand messages, and establishing Stellar Ace as the largest and most connected media company in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand and business communications strategies that align with Stellar Ace's overall business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and develop thought-leadership articles and material for senior leaders.
  • Craft compelling brand narratives and messaging that resonate with our target audiences, including clients, partners, and employees.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand recognition and lead generation through key channels including social media, digital initiatives, events, and public relations.
  • Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of marketing content.
  • Manage the brand and business communications budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to support business development and product innovation.
  • Ensure that customer experience (CX) strategies align with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of brand and business communications initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in both B2B and B2C settings preferred.
  • Proven expertise in brand building, digital marketing, and customer engagement.

Skills

  • Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgeting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively relay the brand’s message across various platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in the Media & Digital marketing industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage internal and client-facing communications effectively.
