Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Good coordination with office colleagues
  • Handle general office matters as arise
  • Handle import and export shipments
  • Preparation and submission for Tender Projects
  • Monitoring of Tender supplies and replenishment of stocks
  • Issue POs to suppliers
  • Liaise with Logistic companies
  • Renewal of company’s workman compensation & foreign workers insurance
  • Attend to shipping claims, worker’s injury claims
  • General office housekeeping eg. Stationary, printing, faxes, telephone system, air-cond and lighting
  • Oversee the daily logistics of the company to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain records of staff attendance, MC, annual leave and childcare leave
  • Attend to walk-in or phone enquiries
  • Upkeep pricelist and printings for sales team
  • Upkeep office meeting room and pantry
  • Assist management

Requirements:

  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin (as need to liaise to Mandarin top management)
  • Able to communicate well with colleagues and handle any work-related issues
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and etc)
  • Working Hour: 8.30am-5.30pm
  • Working Day: From Monday to Friday (5 day working week)
  • Good attendance and work ethic
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
