Job Description & Requirements:
- Provide comprehensive compliance support in securities affairs, corporate governance, internal controls, and critical business areas within listed companies.
- Develop tailored solutions and offer strategic guidance to optimize capital market operations, emphasizing compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to revise and formulate information disclosure documents for listed companies.
- Conduct thorough research, analysis, and interpretation of regulations and policies within the dynamic capital market landscape.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university.
- Strong professional knowledge in business, finance, or related fields.
- Demonstrated innovative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to learn and adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities; fluency in both written and verbal English is required, with proficiency in Mandarin for effective communication with Chinese clients preferred.
- Certification by SCAQ, ICAEW, CPA, CFA, or passing the legal profession examination is a plus.
