We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to gain practical experience in the customer service field. He/ she will report to the Senior Customer Service Representative.
To excel in this role, it is crucial to maintain a calm demeanour when dealing with customers. Additionally, willingness to evolve your digital savviness with our CRM system, software and e-commerce platforms is encouraged. In periods of high demand, it is expected that we provide assistance with order fulfilment, retail responsibilities, jewellery assembly, and actively participate in special events.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers consistently
- Assist customers with general enquiries about products, service process, our brand, refunds, cancellations and exchanges if any in a prompt and timely manner
- Resolve product or service challenges by clarifying the customer's queries; determine the cause of the situation; offer the best solution; expedite adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution
- Assist customers over multi-channel communication platforms such as email, phone, text, social media (FB and IG) and face-to-face
- Collaborate with order fulfilment team to attend customer’s request to fulfil order
- On the job experience at our retail store to gain first hand face-to-face customer service experience
- Provide accurate, complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Follow communications procedures, guidelines and policies
- Provide feedback to improve the customer service process together with the team
- Support any other duties or responsibilities assigned
What we’re looking for:
- Preferably Diploma, general education Degree or Hospitality related courses
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Comfortable using social media platforms, CRM systems to engage with customers across multiple digital channels
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English, written and spoken
- Additional knowledge of another language (written or spoken) would be an advantage
- Experience in e-commerce/retail would be a plus
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Have a can-do attitude and is a problem solver
- Passion for the fashion and jewel
