Job Description
- Provide comprehensive internal sales support and coordination for Singapore, and markets across SEA & ANZ region
- Compile monthly sales statistics, prepare proposals and service reports for the commercial team.
- Manage work orders, overseeing invoicing, account receivable tracking, and following up on overdue payments.
- Work closely with the Product team to ensure that pricing and specifications are updated accordingly onto the SAP system.
The Successful Applicant
- About 3 years of work experience in Sales Coordination/Indoor Sales Support
- Background knowledge and experience in CRM software (ie. SAP) & Excel - to consolidate necessary sales metrics into graphs and tables
